Contact Improvisation Workshop

Contact Improvisation ist improvisiertes Tanzen in physischer Kommunikation mit Anderen. Dabei erkundet man spielerisch eigene und gemeinsame Bewegungsmöglichkeiten. Jede Bewegung entsteht unmittelbar aus der vorangegangenen, improvisiert und orientiert an dem gemeinsamen Körper-Kontaktpunkt, der eigenen Körperwahrnehmung und den physikalischen Kräften.

Der Workshop ist offen für alle an Tanz und Bewegung Interessierten und bietet einen gut gehaltenen Raum, die Tanzform Contact Improvisation kennenzulernen und auszuprobieren. Das (gemeinsame) Tanzen und die Freude am Erkunden stehen dabei im Vordergrund. 

Frederic Holzwarth: "Ich habe ein tiefes Vertrauen in die Contact Improvisation, die für mich eine transformative und emanzipatorische Praxis ist. Beim Unterrichten gestalte ich Räume auf der Basis von Selbstverantwortung und Achtsamkeit, in die ich Ausprobierfreude, Spiel und Begegnung einlade. Contact improvisation is improvised dancing in physical communication with others. It is a playful exploration of one's own and shared movement possibilities. Each movement arises directly from the previous one, improvised and oriented towards the common body contact point, one's own body awareness and physical forces.

The workshop is open to all those interested in movement and dance and offers a well held space to get to know Contact Improvisation and try it out. The focus is on dancing (together) and the joy of exploration.
