"Flag Football – Die actionreiche, kontaktlose Football-Variante"

Flag Football ist die kontaktlose Variante des American Football. Als zukünftige olympische Disziplin für Los Angeles erlebt der Sport aktuell ein immenses Wachstum. Der Sport ist schnell, actionreich und erfordert sowohl Teamgeist als auch strategisches Denken.

Kursbeschreibung:

In Kooperation mit den Red Knights Tübingen bietet dieser Kurs eine Einführung in eine der am schnellsten wachsenden Sportarten weltweit. Im Gegensatz zum klassischen American Football wird hier ohne harten Körperkontakt gespielt. Das Training findet grundsätzlich bei jedem Wetter statt und wird nur bei Gewitter abgesagt. In den Semesterferien findet kein regulärer Kurs statt, Interessierte können jedoch am Vereinstraining teilnehmen.

Zielgruppe:

Der Kurs ist nicht geschlechtsspezifisch und richtet sich gleichermaßen an Einsteiger sowie an Spieler:innen mit Vorerfahrung.

Trainingsziele:

  • Erlernen der Grundlagen und Regeln des Flag Football.
  • Förderung von strategischem Denken und Teamdynamik.
  • Verbesserung der sportlichen Schnelligkeit und Reaktionsfähigkeit.
  • Vorbereitung auf ein spielnahes Training.

Hinweise:

  • Schuhwerk: Stollenschuhe sind von Vorteil, wobei Metall- oder Schraubstollen nicht erlaubt sind.
  • Mitzubringen: Bitte bring deine Teilnahmebestätigung zum ersten Training mit.

"Flag Football – The Action-Packed, Non-Contact Football Variant"

Flag football is a non-contact version of American football. Due to its inclusion in the Olympic program for Los Angeles, the sport is currently seeing a significant global boost. It is fast-paced, action-packed, and demands both team spirit and strategic thinking.

Course description:

In cooperation with the Red Knights Tübingen, this course introduces one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. Unlike traditional American football, it is played without hard physical contact. Training sessions are held in almost all weather conditions, including rain, and are only cancelled in the event of thunderstorms. While there is no separate course during the semester break, interested participants are invited to join the club's regular training.

Target group:

The course is non-gender-specific and is aimed at both beginners and those with previous flag football experience.

Training goals:

  • Learning the fundamentals and rules of flag football.
  • Developing strategic thinking and team coordination.
  • Improving athletic speed and agility.
  • Preparing for game-like training scenarios.

Notes:

  • Footwear: Studded shoes are an advantage; however, metal or screw-in studs are prohibited.
  • What to bring: Please bring your certificate of participation to the first session.
