Tauchen - Anfängerkurs
In Kooperation mit dem Tübinger Tauchverein UniDive e.V. findet ab Januar 2026 ein Anfänger-Tauchkurs statt. Ziel ist der Erwerb der weltweit anerkannten Tauchlizenz German Diver Licence GDL*, gleichzeitig CMAS*. Mit diesem Brevet kann man genau wie mit den an kommerziellen Tauchschulen erworbenen OWD-Brevets weltweit an Tauchbasen Ausrüstung leihen und an geführten Tauchgängen teilnehmen.
Die Grundausbildung findet von Januar bis Mai im Institut für Sportwissenschaften, im Uhlandbad, im Freibad und in der Sportschule Albstadt statt. Sie umfasst Theorieeinheiten, die theoretische Prüfung und praktische Übungen im Schwimmbad mit und ohne Gerät. Wesentliche Teile des Kurses führen wir an einem kompakten Wochenende im April durch.
Die Ausbildung im Freiwasser erfolgt im Rahmen einer mehrtägigen Exkursion von 23.-30.5.2026 (vorlesungsfreie Tage) nach Sveta Marina, Kroatien. Im Kursbeitrag enthalten sind ca. 12 Tauchgänge von Land. Hinzu kommen Fahrtkosten, Unterkunft (Campingplatz/Mobile Home), Selbstverpflegung.
Kursstart ist am 29.Januar 2026, der Kurs läuft auch in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit weiter. Aktueller Terminplan siehe Anhang. Die Termine sind zum Teil unter Vorbehalt und werden ggf. in Abstimmung mit den Kursteilnehmern umgeplant.
Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme am Kurs sind eine gültige ärztliche Tauchtauglichkeitsuntersuchung und gute Schwimmfertigkeiten. Das Mindestalter zur Teilnahme beträgt 16 Jahre. Bei Minderjährigen ist die Einverständniserklärung beider Elternteile notwendig.
Ausrüstung: Für die Dauer des Kurses wird eine vollständige Geräte-Tauchausrüstung zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine eigene ABC-Ausrüstung (Maske, Schnorchel, Schwimmbadflossen) ist jedoch erforderlich. Die Anforderungen an die ABC-Ausrüstung werden im Kurs vermittelt.
In Kursbeitrag ist Aufnahmegebühr und Mitgliedschaft im Tauchverein UniDive e.V. für 2026 enthalten, darüber auch eine ganzjährige Tauchversicherung und eine Auslandsreisekrankenversicherung. Außerdem sind Eintritte zu Sportstätten, Lehrbuch, Prüfungsgebühren, Ausrüstungsverleih, Tauchgänge, Flaschenfüllungen, Lizenzgebühren für das Tauch-Brevet, etc. inbegriffen. Nicht enthalten sind Anreise, Übernachtungen und Verpflegung für die Exkursion.

Die Teilnahme an diesem Infoabend ist obligatorisch und erfordert eine schriftliche Anmeldung.
Anmeldung: bis Sa, 08.11.25 per Formblatt (Link gibt’s am Infoabend). Bei mehr als 11 TeilnehmerInnen entscheidet das Los. Danach verbindliche Anmeldung beim Hochschulsport. Kursgebühr ist nach der Anmeldung zu überweisen.
Teilnehmerzahl: max. 11 Teilnehmer.
Kleingedrucktes: Die Anmeldung erfolgt online oder über das HSP-Sekretariat. Der Kursplatz ist erst nach Eingang der Zahlung verbindlich reserviert. Die Stornogebühr beträgt 50 €, ab 2 Monate vor der Exkursion 30% des Kurspreises, ab 1 Monat vor Exkursion 50% des Kurspreises. Darüber hinaus gelten die Teilnahmebedingungen des Hochschulsports.

Diving - beginner course
In cooperation with the diving club UniDive e.V. in Tübingen a beginner diving course will take place from February 2025. The goal is the acquisition of the worldwide recognized diving license German Diver Licence GDL*, at the same time CMAS*. With this brevet, just like with the OWD brevets acquired at commercial diving schools, you can rent equipment at diving centers worldwide and participate in guided dives.
Basic training takes place from January to May at the Institute for Sports Science, the Uhlandbad swimming pool, the outdoor pool, and the Albstadt Sports School. It includes theory lessons, a theory exam, and practical exercises in the swimming pool with and without equipment. We conduct essential parts of the course during a compact weekend in April.
The open water training takes place as part of a multi-day excursion from May 23 to 30, 2026 (lecture-free days) to Sveta Marina, Croatia. The course fee includes approximately 12 dives from land. Travel expenses, accommodation (campsite/mobile home), and self-catering are additional.
The course starts on January 29, 2026, and continues during the lecture-free period. See the appendix for the current schedule. Some of the dates are subject to change and may be rescheduled in consultation with the course participants.
Prerequisites for participation in the course are a valid medical examination certifying fitness for diving and good swimming skills. The minimum age for participation is 16 years. For minors, the consent of both parents is required.
Equipment: Full diving equipment will be provided for the duration of the course. However, you will need to bring your own ABC equipment (mask, snorkel, swimming fins). The requirements for ABC equipment will be explained during the course.
The course fee includes the admission fee and membership in the UniDive e.V. diving club for 2026, as well as year-round diving insurance and international travel health insurance. It also includes admission to sports facilities, textbooks, exam fees, equipment rental, dives, tank fills, license fees for the diving certification, etc. Travel, accommodation, and meals for the excursion are not included.
Information evening: Thursday, November 6, 2025, 7:30 p.m., seminar room in the main building/Zoom.
Participation in this information evening is mandatory and requires written registration.
Registration: by Saturday, November 08, 2025, using the form (link will be provided at the information evening). If there are more than 11 participants, places will be allocated by lottery. After that, binding registration with University Sports is required. The course fee must be transferred after registration.
Number of participants: max. 11 participants.
Small print: Registration is done online or via the HSP office. Your place on the course is only bindingly reserved once payment has been received. The cancellation fee is €50, 30% of the course price if canceled later than 2 months before the excursion, and 50% of the course price if canceled later than 1 month before the excursion. In addition, the University Sports Terms and Conditions of Participation apply.
