"Aikido – Die Kampfkunst der Harmonie und spirituellen Entwicklung"

Aikido wird gemeinsam und gleichberechtigt geübt und ist frei von jeglichem Vergleich und Wettkampf. Alle Techniken haben einen tiefen, spirituellen Sinn, der sich auch in der traditionellen japanischen Etikette im Dojo widerspiegelt.

Kursbeschreibung:

Die spiralförmigen Aikidotechniken sind der Natur nachempfunden und dienen der Kontrolle sowie Führung des Partners oder der Partnerin. Aikido setzt sich aus drei gleichwertigen und fest miteinander verbundenen Prinzipien zusammen: Aikitai (Aikido nur mit dem Körper), Aikijo (mit dem Holzstab) und Aikiken (mit dem Holzschwert). Durch regelmäßiges Üben verbessert sich nicht nur die Konzentration und Bewegungskoordination, sondern es stellt sich auch eine geistige Entwicklung ein, die sich in der inneren und äußeren Haltung zeigt.

Zielgruppe:

Ideal für alle, die eine Kampfkunst ohne Wettkampfgedanken suchen und Interesse an körperlicher sowie geistiger Entwicklung haben.

Trainingsziele:

  • Verbesserung von Konzentration und Bewegungskoordination
  • Erlernen der Kontrolle und Führung des Partners durch spiralförmige Techniken
  • Schulung der inneren und äußeren Haltung sowie spirituelle Entwicklung

Aikido is practised together as equals and is free of any comparison and competition. All techniques have a deep, spiritual meaning, which is also reflected in the traditional Japanese etiquette in the dojo.

Course description:

The spiral-shaped Aikido techniques are based on nature and serve to control and guide the partner. Aikido consists of three equal and firmly connected principles: Aikitai (Aikido only with the body), Aikijo (with the wooden stick), and Aikiken (with the wooden sword). Regular practice not only improves concentration and movement coordination but also leads to mental development, which can be seen in one's inner and outer posture.

Ideal for anyone looking for a martial art without competition and who is interested in both physical and mental development.
