WingTsun has nothing to do with old-fashioned bullfights, but the ability to defend oneself against larger and supposedly stronger aggressors is an essential idea of the system—regardless of the gender, age, or strength of the person defending themselves. This makes WingTsun ideal for use in self-defense and self-assertion situations.
This course lays the foundations for self-defense with Leung Ting WingTsun. The course content is based on the WingTsun Akademies Berlin system, teaching you how to assert yourself and defend yourself in a wide variety of situations.
The training is divided into traditional WingTsun form training, partner exercises with a focus on self-defense, and supplementary drill and fitness exercises.
What do I need to bring?
An enjoyment of exercise, an interest in self-defense, a willingness to work on yourself and your skills, and a desire to improve within the group.
Training clothing: Please wear black pants, a white shirt, and sturdy sports shoes to training.
