Interessiert? Hier geht's zur Buchung.
  • Holistic Yoga (English): This class combines vigorous Power Vinyasa flows with Yin Yoga stretches, Animal Flow movements for mobility, and dedicated breathwork and meditation. It is taught entirely in English. Interessiert?
Interessiert? Hier geht's zur Buchung.
  • Flow Yoga (online, English): A dynamic class focused on flowing movements and breathing techniques to reach a state of inner meditation, concluding with a guided relaxation. Interessiert? Hier geht's zur Buchung.
  • Intuitiv Yoga online: Nutzt eine Vielzahl an Techniken (Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation) als Werkzeuge zur eigenen, intuitiven Wahrnehmung. In jeder Stunde werden verschiedene Schwierigkeitsgrade vorgestellt. Interessiert? Hier geht's zur Buchung.

Course description:

Yoga connects body, mind, and soul in a unique way. Our program covers all facets of this ancient practice:

  • Hatha Yoga: The best-known form in the West, rooted in traditional Indian Ayurveda. It combines conscious breathing with physical postures and deep relaxation to develop mental focus. Interested? Click here to book.
  • Holistic Yoga (English): This class combines the dynamic flow of Power Vinyasa Yoga with elements of Yin Yoga stretches, Animal Flow for mobility, and dedicated breathwork and meditation. It is taught entirely in English. Interested? Click here to book.
  • Vedic Yoga (including Online): A rather quiet style focusing on gently expanding the body's range of motion through the interplay of breath and asana. The online version explicitly highlights the harmonizing effects on all body systems and digestion. Interested? Click here to book or here for online course.
  • Vinyasa Yoga ("Flow Yoga"): A free, creative, and physical style where asanas flow smoothly into one another in sync with Ujjayi breathing to achieve a "meditation in motion". A typical session lasts 90 minutes including Savasana. Interested? Click here to book.
  • Yin Yoga & Yin Yang Yoga (online): While Yin Yoga is passive, holding positions without muscle tension for 2–3 minutes to target the fascia , Yin Yang Yoga blends this relaxation with dynamic, powerful Yang sequences. Interested? Click here to book or here for online course
  • Yoga for the Back: This practice specifically focuses on strengthening and stretching the back, emphasizing precise anatomical alignment within individual poses. Interested? Click here to book.
