Holistic Yoga – Power Vinyasa and beyond

This holistic yoga class combines the dynamic flow of Power Vinyasa Yoga with elements of other Yoga types such as Yin Yoga and Animal Flow, strength training, meditation, and breathwork for a balanced mind-body experience.

Power Vinyasa Yoga, inspired by Ashtanga, is a vigorous style focused on flowing movements (Asanas) linked to the breath (Pranayama). It builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while enhancing mindfulness. In this class, you will flow through powerful sequences, engage in bodyweight strength training, and slow down with Yin Yoga stretches to release tension and promote relaxation.

We also integrate Animal Flow, a movement practice inspired by the agility of animals, designed to improve mobility, coordination, and body awareness.
A strong focus on breathwork and meditation at the beginning and end of the class helps deepen your practice, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness.

Beyond the mat, you’ll develop tools to bring greater presence and awareness into your daily life, using breath and mindfulness exercises.
Suitable for all levels, this class offers a complete approach to both physical and mental well-being. The class is taught in English, welcoming both native and non-native German speakers.

What to bring?
Comfortable clothes, water, a yoga mat, and any props you might need (blocks, bolsters, etc). If you tend to feel cold during Savasana (final resting pose), consider bringing a blanket for extra comfort.

This course counts towards the 3 course rule. Please note when booking.
